To assist you in the transition of your Internet banking service, below is a summary of changes that will affect your account:
Internet Banking History
After the upgrade on December 7th, up to 4 months of your account history will be available. Going forward you will have up to two years of history available.
Bill Pay Fees
Bill Pay will be FREE for the first fifteen transactions per month! No more regular monthly service fee. You will pay only 65 cents for each transaction over the first fifteen per month, about the cost of a stamp and envelope.
Scheduled Bill Payments
Any bill payments you have scheduled will remain active. Ones occurring during the transition may not show on your bill pay history until they have actually been paid.
Established Bill Payment Payees
All of your existing payees will carry over to the new Bill Pay system. You WILL NOT have to re-enter their information!
Bill Pay History
All Bill Pay history will be converted up to 120 days. We recommend that you print a copy of your current Internet Banking Bill Pay history and information for your records.
Quicken® Users
The latest Quicken download versions will be available!
Recurring Transfers
All future dated/recurring transfers will not carry over to the new system and will need to be set up anytime after December 7th.
