 Q.    Where do I find bill pay on the web site?

 A.  Once you have logged on to Internet banking select the “Payments” tab.

 

Q.    What are the service charges for bill pay?

 

A.  Click on the link titled “Bill Pay Terms” at the top of this page.  It will take you to the explanation of the service charges for online bill pay.

Q.    Why is one of my accounts not listed in bill pay?

A.  When you registered for Internet banking you entered the accounts you wanted access to online.  If you need access to additional accounts you may request them to be added to Internet banking by using the option "Add New Online Account" option on the User Services tab.  You will than have access to them on your payments tab.  Please note that savings accounts are not be eligible for bill pay.

Q.    Why did my bill pay from the wrong account?

A.  Once you select the account to pay from you must click somewhere on the screen outside the account selection box.  If you do not do this and you use the scroll wheel on your mouse it will cause the drop down box to scroll through the available accounts.  The account it stops on will be the account the bill pays from.

Free-Fifteen Internet Bill Pay*

To enroll for online Bill Pay you must be a user of FNB Online our Internet banking service.  If you are not currently an Internet banking customer you will need to select the "Enroll" link located under the Internet banking login and complete the online enrollment application.

 

Once logged on to Internet Banking you will be able to request our Internet Bill Pay service.  This service is provided free of charge for the first fifteen transactions each month.  Transactions in excess of 15 per month are 65 cents each.  Complete details are provided during the enrollment process.*

* First National Bank, Spearman (FNB) provides access to online bill pay as a service to its customer.  You will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of the bill payment service during the online enrollment process.  This agreement is between you and the service provider.  FNB MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED FOR THE INTERNET BILL PAY PROGRAM.  FNB's liability shall be limited to correction of errors/deficts caused by goods or services performed by FNB and according to national and state law.
